Rob Cheek is the President and Qualified Manager of Cheek and Company, Inc.  He has thirty-five years of insurance claims and investigation experience.


Mr. Cheek’s investigation and insurance claims background began in 1978 as a multi-line insurance adjuster. In 1982 he began handling hull and liability claims for both the London and domestic aviation insurance market. In the 1990’s he ran Citrus Investigation and Adjustment Co. After joining USAU in 2001 he continued to handle major hull losses and serious liability claims. At USAU he a was claims Vice President and the Claims Manager of the Los Angeles office in addition to being the West Coast subrogation manager.


After serving in the United States Marine Corps as a mechanic and crewmember on C-130 and C-131 (Convair 440) aircraft, he received his undergraduate degree from

Mt. San Antonio College. Mr. Cheek is a commercial pilot with the ratings of airplane single and multi engine land and instrument airplane. He holds an FAA mechanic’s certificate with airframe and powerplant ratings. Mr. Cheek is licensed in the state of California as both a private investigator and an insurance adjuster (he also holds non-resident adjuster licenses in many western states).
